The Ultimate in Urban Campus Living
LIM College’s 1760 Residence Hall is a brand-new, all-green living space, conveniently located on Manhattan's Upper East Side. It features double and triple occupancy rooms - all with private bathrooms.
Every room also comes with a 26” flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player. And feel free to throw in some laundry while you work out in the 3,500 square-foot fitness center – the dryer will text you when your clothes are done.
The Upper East Side is filled with world-class museums, upscale restaurants and boutiques. It also offers easy access to the urban oasis of Central Park. Home to some of the most widely-visited cultural institutions in the world including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the National Academy of Design and the Guggenheim and Whitney Museums, the Upper East Side has been the setting for countless movies and television shows, including Breakfast at Tiffany’s, The Devil Wears Prada, and Gossip Girl.
